Deciding to go to therapy can be uncomfortable, and I am glad you are here! To me, the most important part of therapy is creating a trusting relationship. I believe it is my job to create a safe space for you to share and be vulnerable, while learning to grow and change. Therapy is so much more than just talking, and it is my hope that in working with me you will be able to become comfortable with being uncomfortable, build a skill set to cope with thoughts and feelings as they arise, and to learn to apply those skills to your everyday life.

I have worked with all kinds of individuals from different backgrounds, races, stages of life, etc., and have a lot of experience with GAD, MDD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and ASD diagnoses. While I have a soft spot for the transitional age (18-25), I am open to working with anyone 18+. I currently practice CBT & DBT modalities, and working towards my EMDR certification.
